I just had an OP run where I had a bunch of attack speed items, and item that does +10 true damage per attack, and an item that summons a ninja star per attack. I don't know what the best skulls to use against them are. I've played Hollow Knight and they remind me of a harder version of the Mantis Lords.

I keep losing health to the priests with the large energy balls, and the fucking maids who throw plates at me lmao. By the time I get to them, which is about like 40% of my runs, I usually have half my health.
